We propose to come alongside widows with Christlike love offering presence, prayer, encouragement, and meaningful connection. Through intentional touchpoints that provide comfort, community, and practical support, we seek to ensure that no widow feels forgotten or unseen in her new season of life.
After a luncheon provided by WRCC, Soul Care Counselors Sarah Boltinghouse and Cynthia Donnell will share a teaching session called Sit With Me and Help Me Care for Myself as I Grieve. It’s a gentle, practical session meant to support you right where you are. Our hope is that this time together will offer space to connect, share community and find strength alongside others who understand this journey.

with a new ministry and new team, Sit With Me will focus on widows who
call WRCC their church home.
