GROUP

STUDIES

Group Studies are a way to dive deeper with others by utilizing published, Bible-based studies pertaining to Christian faith and service. They provide a structured environment for group discussion, which enriches individual understanding, fosters personal development, and builds community.

WEDNESDAYS TOGETHER:
A Journey Through the Parables

Wednesdays, Sep 9-Oct 7 | 6:30-8pm | Adults | The Worship Center

Join us for five impactful Wednesday evenings as our church family gathers to explore the Parables of Jesus. Through worship, biblical teaching, prayer, and fellowship, we’ll deepen our understanding of God’s Word and discover how His truth shapes our lives.

This all-church experience invites adults, children, and students (K–12) to journey through the same Bible passages together in age-appropriate settings. Adults will meet in the Worship Center, while kids and students will be studying the same parables in their youth groups. (Please note: childcare for infants and toddlers will not be available.)

PRECEPT

Thursdays, Sep 10-Nov 19 | 6:30-8:30pm -or- Fridays, Sep 11-Nov 20 | 9-11am
Adults | Zoom | Led by: Pam Bloom

Learn about the life and message of a prophet who stood alone in turbulent times, lamented corrupt leaders, and the loss of his nation. Regardless of his circumstances, Jeremiah faithfully spoke God's promises of enduring love, hope, and healing. His eternal words remind us that God's eye is always on His people for good.

DOERS OF THE WORD

Sundays, Sep 13 & 27, Oct 4 & 18, and Nov 1 & 15 | 10:30am-12pm | Adults | Rm 109
Led by: Crystal Hogue

This study is an opportunity to grow deeper in our understanding of God’s Word and encourage one another as we seek to live it out. Each week, we’ll revisit that day’s 9am sermon, taking a closer look at the biblical passages, exploring key themes, and discussing how Scripture challenges and shapes our everyday lives. Together, we’ll learn how to move beyond simply hearing God’s Word and become faithful “doers of the Word” (James 1:22) through conversation, reflection, and application.

BEMA DISCIPLESHIP

Sundays, Sep 13-Dec 13 | 9-10:30am | Adults | Rm 106 | Led by: Brenda Tennill

Each week, we study Scripture together, listen to an episode of the Bema podcast, and enjoy thoughtful discussion. By exploring the New Testament through its first-century Jewish and Eastern cultural context, we seek a deeper understanding of the biblical authors' message and how God's Word applies to our lives today. No prior attendance is necessary—new participants are always welcome. Registration is encouraged but not required.
