Partner with God, Partner with Each Other, Proclaim Christ

Colossians 4:7-18

In this passage, we learn that serving Christ, becoming like Christ, and sharing Christ—these spiritual activities always involve teamwork. We see a subtle but vital picture of Christian maturity. The focus is on the people surrounding Paul. That’s the key to serving Christ successfully. Colossians concludes with this invitation: Great groups produce growing Christians! When Christians and congregations strive to encourage one another and work together for the Gospel, we are mutually strengthened to accomplish our mission for Christ.
