MARK 1:16-20; 2:13-17; 3:12-19
When Jesus built His team, He didn't recruit elite religious scholars or high-achievers. He went after ordinary fishermen, a scandalous tax collector, and everyday people carrying real baggage—simply because He desired them. Christ doesn’t call you because of your credentials, and He doesn’t ask you to work for Him before you’ve spent time with Him. His call is rooted in radical grace. Whatever you’re holding onto today, know this: you will never lose more than you gain when you drop your nets and follow Him.
