Center For

Training

Classes

The Center for Training (CFT) is a ministry that seeks to train our congregation by offering a series of core  classes that help establish a spiritual foundation for  Christian life and ministry. CFT is WRCC's local church version of “seminary” for anyone looking to  grow as a disciple of Jesus.

BIBL101 | How to Interpret the Bible

Wednesdays, Feb 25-Apr 15 | 6:30-8pm | Adults | Rm 109 | Taught by: Randy Boltinghouse

Without question, the Bible is the most published  book in the world. But how do we interpret it? Do we merely read it to find out what it means to us? Or, is it best to learn what the biblical authors meant when they wrote it to their original audience? This class will help you learn how to discern what meaning the biblical authors originally sought to convey, then discover the significance for us today. This course will include in-class assignments to help you read, interpret, and apply the Scriptures.
