Sep 10 – Nov 12 | Audience: Teens & Adults

Led by: Brenda Tennill

Bema is a Hebrew word that refers to the elevated platform in the center of first-century synagogues where the people of God read the Text and viewed it as central to their lives. We will gather around the Text, listen to teaching podcasts by Marty Solomon, & discuss them. We’ll create a space where we can see familiar passages from a different hermeneutic, remain faithful to the ancient biblical text, and discover the authors’ original intent. This is a class where asking questions is encouraged.
