Galatians 4:22-31, 1 Peter 3:4
This Sunday we’ll be learning from the patient, persevering faith of the Old Testament saint, Sarah. We’ll learn from Hebrews 11:11 that it was Sarah’s faith in the Lord’s promise that led her to long suffering patience. We’ll learn from Galatians 4:22-31 that God’s promises will never disappoint when we display faith in the wilderness of waiting. And, we’ll learn about Sarah’s imperishable beauty from 1 Peter 3:4. When today resembles a barren land, Sarah plundered God’s promises for hope. This woman of God has something to teach all of us about patience.
