Windsor Road Christian Church will continue to follow safe practices during the COVID-19 pandemic. As we navigate unprecedented times, we will keep you updated here about how we will continue to worship as one Body of Christ, safely.
I’d like to update you on our congregation’s regathering plan and ask your prayers. I’ve been meeting with physicians, fellow Sr. Pastors, ministry coaches, our elders, and staff regarding the regathering of our congregation. I’ve stayed current on state and local information. Here’s what seems wise—take a “wading into the pool” instead of a “cannonball in the deep end” approach. That’s the best way I can describe it. Right now, we’re experimenting"hybrid" church options, with one indoor service and one outdoor service each Sunday, while maintaining our live streams for those who prefer to worship online. We’re trying to act prayerfully, safely, intentionally.
Beginning August 16th, we will be hosting Indoor Sunday services at 9am and Outdoor Sunday services at 6pm. Services will also be livestreamed on Facebook and YouTube for those who cannot or don't wish to attend in person. Pre-registration is required for in-person attendance at any service. Video lessons and age-appropriate activities for kids and students will also be available. Get all the links and details on our Online and On-Site Services page.
All Small Groups are encouraged to continue meeting. Meetings can be in person, provided proper social distancing can be observed, or groups may choose to meet online. Small Groups may also come together (following all safety protocols) to watch Sunday services.
The Family Ministry team has a variety of in-person and virtual events planned to keep kids and students connected during this time. All events on the WRCC Campus require pre-registration - links are available on our Events page.
