CD Request Form

Sermons are available on CD for a suggested donation of $3.00 each. Sermon series are contained on several CD's and come in a bound case for a suggested donation of $10 each.

The CD or set will be mailed to you. You may send payment in the mail (see address at the bottom of the page) or place payment in the offering plate on Sunday. Please write "CD" in the memo line of your check. If you have additional questions, call the church office, 359.2122.
